  • First Coaching Session: We offer a no-questions-asked money-back guarantee if you are dissatisfied, provided you have not booked a second session.

  • Subsequent Sessions: No refunds are available after the first session.

  • No Notice: If you miss a session without any notice, we do not offer a refund. However, you receive a $100 credit toward your next coaching session.

In the unlikely event we miss a session without prior notice, we will reschedule at your convenience and issue you a $100 credit toward your next coaching session.
